city gate bell

this is a picture of the bell used to tell the closing of the gate . this bell has ben in the korean history since the 1500 it is huge it can be heard very far away. I got to ring the bell with Tess, Maggie and mom.  The guys mom works with came too. 

today on boyd's different food show we look at sea food . here you can get all your fish. these fish are not normal if you take out the eyeballs and then keep them cool you can make a great prank . keep reading you will find out how to prank your sister . 1 you cool fish eyes 2 you hang them from fishing line above your door 3 you freak out your sister by making her come to the door and wait !

These are pictures of the cutest dogs in the world! I really like dogs so we found some. We just passed the dog on our way to the movie theater & bought one .

Boyd's different food show

Today on Boyd's different foods we are looking at dried octopus arms . Now folks you judge good octopus by seeing how long it can stick on your sisters back . Don't they look yum those arms? how do they look you tell me?

movie squid

This is a picture of the frying thing used to fry squid at the movie theater . At the movie there is no candy, no chocolate BUT there is squid!

this is one of the rides at child grand park it has a lopty loo and i went on it it was awesome . there so many theme parks in seoul . 

this is the paint brush in front of insandong . it has lots of drawings on it because it is the art fare . it has lots of drawings 

this is an elaphante it is huge ! i got to ride this giant creature . it is a very rare beast in the wild . i rode this elaphante in children grand park it is stunning . i think any body would like to ride an elaphante.

This is also in Seoul's biggest palace. It is a pond that you would wake up to if you lived as a king or queen . It is very amazing to look where kings and queens have looked . 

This is one of the many rooms at Seoul's biggest palace . This is only one room but it is worthy for king & queen . This is the place that high bloods spent most of their time in Seoul.

This is a picture of a river that runs down the middle of Seoul . It is a site to enjoy it is one of Seoul's many land marks . 

This is a picture of lions in Everland theme park, this is just 3 out of 18 lions in Everland .  These giant beast are very powerful so the bus has guards around so no ones gets hurt . It is amazing to witness these beast up close they are so different .

bugs

These are fried bugs at a stand in nandumon market . Have you eaten them?

This is the steepest drop roller coaster in the world. It is steep . This is one of the many roller coasters in  Everland theme park . This such a thrilling ride it is worth the plane ride 

You get to tell me which looks easier the left one or the right .

The one on the left is done by one person . But it is just used by pounding a small stick in to rice . The one right is used by 2 people a hammer like pounding tool . So which one is it?

This is a picture of a game room it is a short walk down Insondoung here. My favorite game is house of dead 4 it is a zombie game (in the bottom left hand side ). It is a very fun thing to do after  blogging   .

this a tank at the korean war memorial it isn't that big in person . this tank is used to move troops not kill . it was used in the korean war about 50 years ago .

this is a view from are deck it is stunning i think so it shows a great view of the city . this is a lay out of seoul so you can see how big it is . this is giving  you a great view of the city .

water jug

this jug is how people carried water around there village . this is not common in korea unless you went back 600 years in time. this is the folk village it was awesome !

this is a picture of the korean war only fifty years. it was a very hard time to live through for normal people. i hope something like this never happens .

this is what korean guards would of looked if they were kids.korean guards where powerful people. these clothes are very different than american clothes .

these are not real they are just fun tows . that can be found on an normal street or vender . these are different then most american toys.

alley

this is an alley in insandong a street near our apartment. It is an alley with lots of restaurants and shops. on any given week day it looks empty but on weekends it is packed .

Octopus

This is a street vendor selling octopus in a restaurant. It is a food that can be found in most local streets. I have eaten octopus 2 times here. It has been really good! I've liked it a lot.
